Phoenix Fire Dept Community Assistance Program

The Phoenix Fire Department Community Assistance Program is a group of dedicated, professionally trained adults who provide 24-hour on-scene crisis intervention and victim assistance services to the Greater Phoenix region. CAP units respond from fire stations throughout the city, working in partnership with the Phoenix Fire and Police Departments and social service agencies.
